Payment Policy

To provide a safe and convenient payment experience, Rattanlite accepts payments via bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) through all major banks and delivery services in Vietnam. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth transaction:

1. How to Pay

After placing your order, you can choose from the following payment methods:

● Bank Transfer

We will send you the bank account details, including the account name, number, and bank branch, via:

You can complete the payment using your preferred method:

  • Online/mobile banking app

  • ATM

  • At the bank counter

Note: Please ensure that the total amount matches the order value, including the fixed shipping fee of 30,000 VND.

● Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you prefer, you can choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

  • You’ll pay in cash when your order is delivered.

  • The fixed shipping fee of 30,000 VND also applies to COD orders.

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the package upon delivery.

2. Supported Banks

We accept bank transfers from all major Vietnamese banks, including but not limited to:

  • Vietcombank

  • BIDV

  • Techcombank

  • VietinBank

  • Agribank

  • Sacombank

  • MB Bank

  • VPBank

If your bank is not listed, please contact us for confirmation.

3. Payment Confirmation

For Bank Transfers:

After completing the transfer, please send us a payment confirmation (a photo or screenshot of the transaction receipt) via:

Include your order number and full name to help us verify your payment quickly.

For COD Orders:

No confirmation is needed. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping automatically.

4. Order Processing

  • Bank Transfer: Your order will be processed and prepared within 1–2 business days after we confirm your payment.

  • COD: Your order will be processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

If payment confirmation is not received for bank transfers within 3 days, the order may be canceled.

5. Security and Privacy

Your bank details and personal information are handled with the utmost confidentiality.
We do not share your data with third parties.
